What this site knows about you.
This site has no forms and asks nothing in return for browsing. What does exist is explained here, in plain English, the way Brazil’s data protection law requires.
Effective from August 13, 2026.
1. Who processes your data
The controller of the data processed on this site is b.elzark, a cosmetics manufacturer working in contract manufacturing and private label.
b.elzark
CNPJ 18.111.980/0001-65 (the Brazilian company tax ID)
Rua Antônio Fernandes Moreno, 181, Parque Industrial I

WhatsApp: +55 17 98177-1577
This policy is written under Brazil's data protection law, the LGPD (Federal Law 13.709/2018), which is the law that governs our processing.
Requests and questions about data protection reach us through the channels in section 10 and are handled directly by b.elzark.
2. What this site collects
This site has no forms. No page asks for your name, email or phone number. There is no sign-up, no login and no restricted area.
What does exist is the following:
- Server access logs. Like any website, our server records IP address, date and time, pages visited and browser information. That is what makes it possible to deliver pages, spot failures and identify abuse.
- Cookies and browser storage, described in section 3.
- Whatever you tell us on WhatsApp, if you decide to get in touch. See section 5.
3. Cookies and browser storage
We use three categories, the same ones shown in the notice you see when you arrive. Nothing beyond the essential ones is activated before you choose.
Essential
These stay in your own browser and do not identify you. There are two:
belzarkConsentimentostores your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every page.belzarkPopupSaidaMostradorecords that the catalog exit notice has already appeared, so it does not repeat in the same session.
They cannot be turned off, because they are exactly what makes your choice stick.
Usage analytics
They show which pages get viewed and where people arrive from, in aggregate numbers. They exist to improve the site. They are activated only with your consent.
Marketing
They measure how our ads perform and keep the same ad from being shown to the same person over and over. They are activated only with your consent.
Changing your mind
On every page, in the footer, there is a Cookie preferences button. It reopens the same panel at any time, and withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it was. You can also clear site data through your browser.
These categories are managed through Google Tag Manager with Consent Mode. In practice: until you decide, the analytics and marketing tools stay blocked.
4. Who we share with
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to data brokers. Sharing is limited to what the site needs in order to work and to measure results:
- Google. Provides Google Tag Manager and the measurement tools configured inside it. The Tag Manager file is only downloaded from Google's server after you accept analytics or marketing. If you refuse, it is never requested, and Google does not receive even your IP address.
- Our hosting provider. Runs the server that delivers the pages and holds the access logs.
- Meta. Only if you click a WhatsApp button or the Instagram and Facebook links. See section 5.
It is worth saying what does not happen: the site's typefaces are served from our own server. Browsing here does not hand your IP address to any third party before you decide about cookies.
5. WhatsApp conversations
Every contact button on this site leads to WhatsApp. When you click, you leave the site and the conversation moves to Meta's platform, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
What you tell us there is our responsibility, and we use it to understand your project, answer your questions and prepare a quote. The first contact may be supported by artificial intelligence handling the opening questions, after which a specialist takes over the conversation.
You do not need to talk to us in order to browse. The whole catalog, the technical data sheets and the frequently asked questions are open, with nothing asked in return.
6. Why we are allowed to process this data
The legal bases come from Brazil's LGPD (Federal Law 13.709/2018):
- Access logs and essential cookies: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), to operate, protect and keep the site running.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: your consent (art. 7, I), which you give, refuse or withdraw whenever you want.
- WhatsApp conversation and quotes: preliminary steps and performance of a contract at your request (art. 7, V).
- Tax and contract records, when production is actually contracted: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II).
7. How long we keep it
- Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear site data.
- Analytics and marketing cookies have their own lifetimes, set in each tool, and are removed along with site data when you clear your browser.
- Access logs are kept for the minimum of six months required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014, art. 15).
- Conversations and quotes are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods.
8. Data that leaves Brazil
Google and Meta process data on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. The LGPD allows that transfer when the destination offers an adequate level of protection or when contractual safeguards are in place, which is the case with those companies' standard contracts (art. 33).
If you refuse analytics and marketing cookies, none of your browsing data is sent to Google.
9. Your rights
The LGPD guarantees you the following, at any time and at no cost (art. 18):
- to know whether we process data about you, and to access it;
- to correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- to request anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed outside the law;
- to request portability to another provider;
- to request deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
- to know who we share your data with;
- to be told that you may refuse consent, and what refusing means;
- to withdraw consent at any time;
- to object to processing carried out without consent, where the law has not been followed.
If you are visiting from outside Brazil, your local law may give you further rights. Requests reach us through the same channel and are handled the same way.
10. How to exercise your rights
Contact us through either channel below and tell us what you need:
WhatsApp: +55 17 98177-1577
Post: Rua Antônio Fernandes Moreno, 181, Parque Industrial I, Elisiário, São Paulo state, ZIP 15823-000, Brazil
We answer as quickly as we can. We may ask for information confirming your identity before we act, precisely so that we do not hand your data to someone else.
To withdraw cookie consent you do not need to contact anyone: use the Cookie preferences button in the footer of any page.
11. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the data we process. No system is entirely immune, which is why we keep the scope narrow: this site simply does not collect personal data through forms, which sharply reduces what could ever be at risk.
12. Minors
This site is aimed at companies and at professionals who want to produce cosmetics under their own brand. It is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
13. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. If a change matters to you, we will flag it on the site itself. The version published here is always the one that applies.
