What people ask when they are changing suppliers.
Can I bring my current formula?
You can, and it stays yours. Our technical team reviews the formulation and manufactures to those guidelines. If you prefer, you can also start from one of our more than 300 hair care formulas or develop something new.
How do I know the product will not change?
You do not have to take our word for it. You get samples and compare them side by side with your current product. Full-scale manufacturing only starts after your approval.
Can I keep the packaging and label I use today?
Yes, as long as they fit the technical production guidelines and are approved by our technical manager. If you want a refresh, our in-house design team takes care of it.
Who handles the ANVISA side?
We do. Notification or registration of products made here is b.elzark's responsibility, with the costs itemized transparently in the quote.
What are the lead times?
On average 75 business days of manufacturing for formulas from our portfolio and around 90 days for formulas developed from scratch, counted after the approvals.
How does payment work?
50% up front and 50% when the products ship.
